This time last year started a rush of seven sales during the Christmas to mid-January period for "Holding Richmond," which is my best selling story-amazingly to me.
Why is it amazing?
I wrote the story in under an hour-in the days when I could write 3,500 to 5,000 words in an afternoon-and it hasn't been edited.
These days, although I have the stories to write and want to write,I find myself more and more thinking-why bother? Nobody cares about your stories.
I have many stories to write, but probably the only people to read them will be my good friend and editor, Julia, and my close friend,Ruth, who is a great help and support to me.
