I don't suppose many of us are perfectly happy with who we are.
Most of us, have something we'd like to change whether a minor detail or a major issue.
For my part, the thing at the top of my list is my genetic code. Don't get me wrong, I am against tampering with genes to make the perfect person - man has NO right to play God - in my view.
However, knowing what I do about my genetics, I can't help feeling that I wish I'd not been born that way my children wouldn't have had their lives ruined by my bad genes. Is it selfish not to want to pass bad genes on?
The one thing from my past I would change if i could is I would tell my younger self to live life and not chase a dream that wouldn't happen. I spent my life trying to make a little money being a writer, where did it get?
On a purely cosmetic basis for change - I always wanted thick black hair.
