My dislike of zombie culture is well known and even more so since I found to my horror George Romero has been feeding the public lies since 1968. Night of the living dead has NOTHING to do with zombies; I am at a loss to define which genre his bilge does fit, other than a cheap rip off which is trashy writing at its worst.
Even though I detest his work, one has to admire the fact that he has lived on this undead series for so long, while not moving forward; all he does is churn out the same themes each time, knowing he can can the thousands of people who wait the next
Before anybody gets heated, I did see Night of the living dead/The Omega man (Charlton Heston version)/ Blackula & Zoltan, did I say yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnn
Zombies are NOT the putrid flesh eating corpses shown in films or on the covers of the massive amount of books, nor are they bile slavering flesh eaters from the undead.
Zombies never died, they were put in a coma by clever physicians, much the same as Digitalis under careful control can control heart problems while being one of the most toxic substances known.
A place to read generalisms of my thoughts, some book related and others general chatter.
