I don't wear a cast these days, but I do need a support boot to help the left ankle. The need is more to take pressure off the right tendon, to try and delay the tear which I know is coming.
There have been numerous after-effects of that rainy day in June, 2011. I haven't been on a train in over three years, and I haven't left Bristol.
I had planned to do a few things over the next week, but a few hours shopping last night ended the plans. Among the things I planned was a trip to Bath, for a book signing by one of my favourite authors, Robert Goddard.
