Two years ago on a writing site that contained people who'd been writing and selling/promoting for years, I read this comment.
Can you tell me which answer is A, B, C please?
To me, the man on the ground, I assumed the answer at the top was A - I could have been wrong - I was applying a logical approach to a question.
This week, I read this comment on Facebook:- I've been offered a job but it's in the middle of nowhere and I don''t know how to get there, can anybody help, please?
In this day, I find it hard to believe that anyone can find it hard to find anywhere with Google Earth. I even looked up my old house address in Middlesbrough.
As a navigator for my friends in the RAF, while in Germany, my talents for reading maps was well-known and I was requested to help on scavenger hunts.
With the aid of maps, I've guided friends across the UK and down the Rhine valley.
I got invited on scavenger hunts because even all those years ago, I had a cryptic mind for solving puzzles and thinking outside the box.
