No sooner had I got over the news than I was asked by a friend on LinkedIn if I would contribute to her anthology http://2kanthology.blogspot.co.uk/ . I thought it might be a serious challenge to link a mysterious ship, an appointment and an object from space. But being resourceful, I saw the opportunity to link the story with characters I created for "A Sailor's Love," https://www.draft2digital.com/book/34522 & http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HVHY6PU .
ASL is the book which is in the running for another seal of approval and certificate of excellence from http://indiependents.org/blogger.html which is the same magazine that gave "Chronicles of Mark Johnson" the award two years ago. Ironic that a story one editor trashed, has not only found new life but is flourishing.
After months of anguish over where to go, I have found my love of writing for enjoyment again, and I started another ghost story last night. "The Deadly Covenant" is about a ghost which haunts the stones of the castle where the man died. Released by an unsuspecting film crew, the spirit runs amok.
